(Applicable for All Online & Offline Courses | DED & KHDA Approved Institute)

1. Enrollment & Admissions

1.1. Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
1.2. Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.3. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment based on eligibility or capacity.

2. Course Fees & Payment Terms

2.1. Full payment must be completed 4 weeks prior to the course start date.
2.2. Courses will not begin unless payment is fully cleared.
2.3. We accept Tabby and Tamara for installment-based payment options.
2.4. Bank transfers, card payments, and approved online payment methods are accepted.
2.5. All fees are non-transferable and non-adjustable.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. No cancellations are allowed once enrollment is confirmed.
3.2. Failure to attend the course does not qualify for a refund, reschedule, or adjustment.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
4.2. This applies to full payments, partial payments, registration fees, booking amounts, and installment payments.
4.3. Non-attendance, travel issues, visa problems, emergencies, or personal reasons do not qualify for refunds.

5. Rescheduling & Missed Classes

5.1. The institute does not offer makeup, repeat, or compensatory classes for missed sessions.
5.2. Rescheduling is not permitted once a batch is allotted.
5.3. If the institute reschedules a class due to operational reasons, a new date will be provided.

6. Course Delivery (Online & Offline)

6.1. Course timings and schedules may vary based on trainer or batch requirements.
6.2. Online students must ensure proper internet, device, and environment for learning.
6.3. The institute is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end.
6.4. Offline classes will be held at the designated institute premises only.

7. Attendance Requirements

7.1. Students must attend all classes for successful completion.
7.2. Excessive absenteeism may result in non-certification.
7.3. Late arrivals or early exits affect training quality and may impact certification.

8. Certification

8.1. Certificates are issued only upon:

  • Successful completion of the course
  • Submission of all required assignments
  • Full fee payment

8.2. Delay in compliance may delay certification.

9. Code of Conduct

9.1. Students must maintain professionalism and respectful behavior towards staff and peers.
9.2. The institute reserves the right to discontinue any student for misconduct without refund.
9.3. Damage to institute property will be chargeable.

10. Use of Tools, Products & Materials

10.1. Students must handle all tools and products responsibly.
10.2. Any damage or loss caused by negligence will be charged.
10.3. For makeup/hair/beauty courses, students may be required to arrange their own personal kit unless stated otherwise.

11. Photography & Media Consent

11.1. The institute may record photos/videos during training for promotional or educational use.
11.2. By enrolling, the student grants permission for media usage unless a written objection is submitted in advance.

12. Trainer & Institute Rights

12.1. Trainers assigned may change based on availability.
12.2. The institute may modify schedules, curriculum flow, or class timings when necessary.
12.3. The institute may discontinue a batch or merge batches due to operational reasons.

13. Liability Disclaimer

13.1. The institute is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or issues arising from product use.
13.2. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the student; the institute is not liable for loss or theft.
13.3. The institute does not guarantee job placement but may guide on career paths.

14. Legal Compliance

14.1. The institute is DED & KHDA approved, and all courses follow UAE guidelines.
14.2. All disputes, if any, will be governed by laws of Dubai, UAE.
