  1. General Cancellation Terms
    1.1. All course registrations and payments made to Manzoor Khan Makeup & Hair Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    1.2. No cancellations are allowed once enrollment is confirmed.
    1.3. Failure to attend the course does not qualify for a refund, reschedule, or adjustment.
  2. Student-Initiated Cancellation
    2.1. Once payment is processed and admission confirmed, cancellation requests are not accepted.
    2.2. Withdrawal due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or inability to attend does not qualify for cancellation.
  3. Exceptional Cases (Deferral Only)
    3.1. In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, visa issues), students may request deferral, not cancellation.
    3.2. Deferral is subject to management approval and seat availability.
    3.3. Valid documentation (medical certificate, travel records, etc.) is required.
    3.4. The academy reserves the right to approve or deny the request at its discretion.
  4. Cancellation by the Academy
    4.1. If a course is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the academy due to operational or unforeseen reasons, students will be:
  • Offered a new date or batch, or
  • Provided with a credit voucher for future courses.
    4.2. No cash refunds will be issued.

    This cancellation policy is established in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law and DED regulations.
