  1. General Policy
    All course registrations and payments made to Manzoor Khan Makeup & Hair Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the payment has been processed and admission confirmed, no refunds, returns, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend classes
  • Withdrawal after course commencement
  1. Course Transfer or Deferral
    In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies or visa issues), students may request a course deferral to a future batch, subject to management approval and availability of seats. Supporting documentation (such as a medical certificate or travel record) must be provided.
    The academy reserves the right to approve or deny such requests at its discretion.
  2. Cancellation by the Academy
    If a course is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the academy due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be:
  • Offered an alternative date or batch, or
  • Provided with a credit voucher valid for future courses.

No cash refunds will be provided.

  1. Product & Kit Purchases
    All makeup kits, brushes, and related items sold by the academy are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and product safety regulations under UAE consumer protection law.
  2. Legal Compliance
    This policy is established in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and Dubai Economic Department (DED) regulations, which allow institutions to define refund terms clearly at the time of purchase, provided they are disclosed prior to payment.
